Welcome to Perelló Properties Direct S.L.

We are a fully legally established and registered estate agents with over sixty years of working experience in the sale of land and houses. We specialise in finding building land, properties for restoration, town houses and villas for discerning customers who wish to live in this beautiful area. Our staff are fluent in English as well as Spanish and Catalan. We are fully conversant with all the necessary procedures for the purchase of a property and for all the essential permits for building and restoration. We are knowledgeable in all areas of Spanish property law and are experienced at matching your needs and wants to exactly the right property.

Our base is in El Perelló, a village bypassed by time yet having all facilities needed for everyday life, whether as a resident or as a holiday-maker.
